1. Intellectual Property & Digital Licensing

All beats, music, and digital materials distributed on this store are the proprietary intellectual property of Shivan. Purchasing a beat grants you a single non-exclusive commercial license. This license permits use in commercial releases, monetized audio/video content, and public distribution, provided that "Prod. by Shivan" credit is included in all releases. The producer retains full ownership and the right to license the same beat to other buyers.

2. Permitted Commercial Usage

Your non-exclusive license covers commercial recording projects, streaming distribution, monetized video content, and public performances. The license is non-transferable and does not grant ownership of the underlying composition or the right to re-sell, sub-license, or register the beat as an original work.

3. Limitation of Liability

Shivan Music shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized upload or distribution of third-party vocal layers applied over our backing tracks.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and constructed in agreement with the laws of India, and any legal disputes will be settled within local domestic court jurisdictions.

5. Payment Processing

All payments on this platform are processed via Cashfree Payments. For compliance and regulatory purposes, payments are collected by Nisha Sharma on behalf of Shivan Music. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and consent to this arrangement. Your transaction records may reflect the name Nisha Sharma as the merchant of record.
