1. All Digital Sales Final

Due to the irreversible nature of digital audio downloads, all transactions completed on our store for beat licenses and digital audio assets are final. Once a license delivery link has been generated and dispatched to your email address, it cannot be recalled, returned, or canceled.

2. Delivery Verification Issues

If you encounter configuration errors or broken file access tokens after clearing your transaction, do not file financial gateway disputes. Please immediately reach out to our administration desk with your invoice number, and our engineers will reissue access within 24 hours.
